– The product must be returned within 30 days from the date you receive the goods from us.
– The product must be intact, unused and undamaged.
– Must have labels, packaging and purchase receipt attached.
– The product and gift, if any, must be returned.
– You must have photos and videos recording the status of your order.
2. Return method:
– The elements that can be returned include color, size, style and similar products.
– Please contact us via email or phone number to inform us of your needs. Once we confirm that you are eligible for a return, we will check the inventory status and notify you.
3. Shipping costs:
– In case of errors caused by you or your personal needs, you will be responsible for all shipping costs when returning and these costs will not be refunded.
– In case of technical errors or store errors, we will cover the shipping costs for you.
Refund policy:

– The main product I delivered does not match the product you ordered.
– The product we delivered is damaged.
2. When will I receive my refund?
Once the return is approved (items must be in perfect condition and have labels inside), you will receive a confirmation email stating the amount that will be refunded to your account within a few days.
